Just when I thought I wasn't going to see her again and was sad she was leaving on a bad note, I got a call from my Korean Couch Surfer Angela asking if she could come back to stay in LA for a few more days. Since we had fun together a couple of weeks ago before the dreadful night in Hollywood, I was very excited to have her back. She ended up changing her flight and staying with me for another week. And like her previous stay there were some ups and downs. She seems to attract trouble, at least when she's traveling. This week there was a lost passport, ex-boyfriend drama, missed flights, and some other stuff, but overall it was great to see her again and hang out some more. We spent a lot of time eating and drinking lots of beer in Santa Monica, another trip to Venice Beach (my fourth weekend in a row) where an italian guy lent us some drums and let us join in the drum circle, and she had a celebrity sighting... we shared a table at Benihana with Christian Bale (Batman) and family. Also on Sunday, I got free tickets from Paramount to see Countrywide Classic tennis final between Andy Roddick and Juan Martin Del Potro. It was a quick match. Roddick got his butt kicked by the 19 year-old from Argentina. Here are a few pics from Angela's cam.
